24hrs Class is held at our TLC approved training facility. This class is offered to drivers with more knowledge of NYC. It is 24 hours of instruction over three (3) days and covers the following topics: Map Reading Skills, Geography, Driver/Passenger Relations, Preparation for the TLC Exam.
This is a TLC approved Exam facility with state of art testing experience.
You must have a TLC Receipt and TLC License # before you register 24 Hour Class.

Medallion and For-Hire Vehicle Driver Education Requirements
- You must take the required 24 hour course, pass the final exam and complete all requirements for your license within ninety (90) calendar days from the date you submit your application to the TLC or your application will be denied.
- You must file an application with the TLC before taking the final exam. You will not be allowed to take the exam if you do not submit an application to the TLC.
- You must take and pass the final exam with a score of 70 or above at the same school the course was taken. You will be allowed to take the exam as many times as needed to pass during the ninety (90) day application period. - You must file an application on-line, you can use the on-line Application number to register for 24 hour class.
