Requirements:

DDC Requirements for NEW APPLICANTS:

All driver applicants must present an original certificate of completion of a New York State DMV certified Defensive Driving Course that is not more than three (3) years old with your application.

DDC Requirements for CURRENT LICENSEES:

All TLC-licensed drivers must attend, complete and pass a Defensive Driving Course at least every three years.
