• The TLC requires all applicants to take a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) training class in ordered to receive a TLC license.

• You must take this class after you have submitted your TLC application. If you do not include your TLC application number when you schedule the class, you must bring your TLC application number on the day of the class, or you will not be admitted.
