Vision Zero and Accessibility Course (VZW)
AA Driver Training Center
NYC Vision Zero Course for TLC Drivers Across Brooklyn and Queens
Drivers operating under TLC must complete the Vision Zero course to stay licensed and meet city standards. The TLC VZW course focuses on awareness, hazard prevention, and pedestrian safety—elements that directly apply to daily driving across NY. At AA Driver Training Center, we help new and experienced drivers meet these requirements with straightforward, approved training sessions tailored to actual traffic situations across New York City. Each session is built around current TLC regulations so drivers remain informed and prepared.
VZW Guidance for High-Traffic Areas
For-hire drivers working in areas like Brooklyn and Queens, NYC, face frequent traffic shifts, bike lanes, and dense pedestrian activity. Our VZW program delivers clear instructions on risk zones, visibility issues, and ways to avoid collisions while operating in busy boroughs. The course prepares you with TLC-aligned knowledge, combining legal compliance with practical city-specific driving scenarios. Participants leave with more than just a certificate—they gain practical knowledge to drive more safely throughout these neighborhoods. The training addresses the daily realities of navigating streets with heavy traffic flow and frequent pedestrian activity.
